Back To Bliss is a center for wellness. We combine spirituality, holistic health, and daily living strategies to inspire the heart and rejuvenate the body.
We focus on preventative health, performance based living, and enhancing the quality of life of our patrons and friends. This page will be dedicated to listing the different types of classes we offer. We aim to educate and inspire you so that you can pick and choose how to move towards holistic health in a way that honors your current beliefs and your current medical needs.
Back To Bliss is looking to create the best possible space for you to take exercise and Wellness classes. We are also looking to bring our classes out into the community to help inspire and educate people in homes and businesses. If you have an interest in having us come to your space for a class, please contact us for details.
Class Registration
Back To Bliss fitness classes are starting to fill up on a regular basis. We have made our policies as user friendly and simple as possible, but as class sizes begin to reach their maximum regularly, we are encouraging students to pre-pay and pre-register to hold their spots. All classes will still accept students on a first come first serve basis, but your spot will not be reserved until payment is received.
