Zero Tolerance For Toxins - all of our products, retail and those we use on you in your services, are chosen because they meet both a level of freedom from toxic chemicals and a level of quality and effectiveness. This philosophy is integral to your experience at Back To Bliss and, we hope, becomes integral to your personal philosophy as well.
Connecting - the mundane with the deeper levels of heart and mind is a core concept at Back To Bliss. We feel that the disconnection between our hearts and our minds and the disconnection between people is a barrier to health and wellness. You will find opportunities to make connections at a variety of levels at Back To Bliss.
Great Value - the time frames listed on our menu of services for spa services are for table time, not handshake to handshake like many other facilities. For a 75 minute massage you will be on the table for 75 minutes. We strive to make all our services affordable so you can come regularly and reap fantastic health and beauty benefits.

A Price Level Facility
In order to give you the best service and the most current techniques and styles, we place value on the education and training of our service providers. Our pricing structure reflects the education level of our staff based on training, loyalty of clientele, and years of experience. Some of our staff are budding talents while others have become true masters of their craft through years of experience. All of our staff attend regular training to bring you the best in the industry.
Our Menu Of Services and other print literature gives our lowest price level prices as a base line. Each provider will be either an Associate, Advanced, Senior, or Master price level. You may choose your therapists based on their price level just as you choose for other preferences.

Standing Appointments
As we continue to grow, our longer term providers are getting to be more and more in demand. As a simple way to help you get the appointment times, providers, and room preferences you need, Back To Bliss suggests setting up a standing appointment. A standing appointment is set at a regular weekly interval, usually around 1-4 weeks apart. It is set for the same time of day, same day of the week, and with the same provider. We set it up for several months at a time so that your appointments are scheduled into the books well ahead of most clients. This method assures that you, as the early bird, get all of your preferences for room, time, and therapist. Standings are quick to set up and are easy to remember. Once we have your standing set up, any changes that need to be made to your schedule can be easily taken care of when the need arises.

Pending Appointments
Can't get into a provider or time slot that you want? Just ask for a Pending Appointment. In essence this is our digital wait list and it works wonderfully to keep your name at the top of the list when a cancellation happens. This is particularly useful for those looking to get appointments with our Senior Providers. Due to the amount of standing appointments our Senior Level Providers have, it is often difficult for people to get their preferences in a timely fashion with our Senior Therapists. Pending appointments solve this. We typically urge anyone not able to book their preferences as requested to make an appointment that does work for them and then to create a Pending Appointment for their exact preference times and providers.
