    True Beauty massages are available to help you sculpt your body in conjunction with our True Beauty Wellness Program that launches Nov. 2nd.

Appointments are available 8 - 8, 7 days a week. Please call to find availability. Same day appointments are still sometimes available. However, to assure availability at the most convenient time for your schedule, we recommend booking your appointment 2 weeks ahead.

Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your service to register.

How to prepare for your service

Following the recommendations below will help to enhance your experience and its health benefits.

Do – Cleanse. Feel fresh, comfortable and relaxed before you begin. Wash, go to the bathroom, and wear comfortable clothing.

Do – Drink. Allow the body to fully process and release toxins stirred up during your service by drinking plenty of water the entire day of your appointment.

Don’t – Eat. Give yourself at least 2 hours to fast before your appointment.

Don’t – Beautify. Enjoy an experience where you can be yourself without judgment, without pretense, and without apology. There is no need for jewelry, make up, hairstyling, or shaving for your service.

How to harness the therapeutic power of massage

Massage is often thought of as a special treat or a luxury. While it does feel like pampering, regular massage can tremendously benefit your health, work performance, and mental sharpness. Most people find that a regular routine of massage cleanses, calms, and reduces the cumulative effects of stress that build up in the body. This foundational level of body-housekeeping is what allows massage to be so helpful in all aspects of our health.

Typically, one massage each month is recommended for everyone, and anywhere between 1-6 weeks between services are common as maintenance programs.

When a specific problem arises, a series of 4-8 massages in a single month is often necessary to relieve muscle tension, reset the nervous system, and bring health back to the tissues.
